All survey teams carry Sokkia Total Stations with additional reflectorless capabilities. This investment enables us to undertake the most complex of surveys with complete confidence, if we can see it we can survey it.

Together with site surveys, measured building surveys form the other core area of our business. The inside of all buildings are instrumentally controlled using the very latest in reflectorless technology enabling accuracy of the highest order to be achieved. Points that were at one time near impossible to access are no longer a problem.

Often undertaken as part of a Building Survey, Elevations are produced with the aid of reflectorless instruments with greater speed and accuracy than has been possible in the past. The level of detail can be tailored to meet the client’s needs and specification whether you require full or outline elevations. With recent development with technology we can offer 3D scanning options as an alternative if required. Elevations combined with the Measured Building Survey allow us to produce Sections completing the digital record of any building
